Fitness Fighters had the honour of being visited by ,
Tony Sargisson born in
Hastings, New Zealand and won the silver medal for
New Zealand in the men's
50km walk at the
2006 Melbourne Commonwealth Games.
Tony talked about the mental and physical training and preparation an athlete needs for sporting events.
